Lauren and Eric couldn’t have picked a better day for their engagement session! With spring literally right around the corner, downtown Dallas was beautiful place to take photos. Eric and Lauren wanted to include their adorable mini-Schnauzer Heidi in their photos and I thought that was a great idea. Heidi enjoyed being able to runaround in-between photos and was just as excited as the rest of us for the photos!

Lauren and Eric met one night in Deep Ellum where Eric was in town for his friend’s bachelor party. The two of them talked for a while before exchanging numbers when Eric and the guys had to go. Eric promising Lauren he’d call her and later that night the two of them stayed up until 5:30am talking. If this isn’t love at first sight, I don’t know what is!

For the holidays, Eric came into town on Christmas Eve to stay with Lauren’s family. Little did Lauren know what was about to happen. Everybody went around and exchanged presents as usual before Eric brought out one last gift he had tucked away. In a matter of seconds, their evening went from a gift exchange to a proposal!

The way Lauren blushes and smiles when Eric kisses her made me let out too many “Awww”s during the photoshoot but I couldn’t help it!! The four of us are very excited for their wedding day coming up in November and we’ll have more amazing photos to share! ☺️
