Amaralys and Uriel
I’ve had the pleasure of knowing and watching Uriel and Amaralys grow for the last 5 years. I was starting out in photography at the time and offered them a photo session to work on my posing, but exams and projects kept us busy and we never had a chance to have the shoot. 5 years later, these love bugs are engaged, and we figured this would be the perfect time to get that photo session in! 😎
Uriel and Amaralys met their Sophomore year at Carter-Riverside and became friends. By their senior year, they hit it off and became a couple. They love eating (hibachi is their favorite), going on road trips, and spending time with their family. To celebrate obtaining his Master’s from TCU, Uriel invited me to a graduation party that his family was throwing him. It was a great time filled with his beloved friends and family. At the end of the night, Uriel asked for a microphone and gave a heartfelt thank-you speech to everyone who supported him. After expressing his gratitude toward his family, he moved on to thanking Amaralys’s family and, of course, Amaralys herself. Uriel was noticeably a bit nervous as he called Amaralys up with him to the mic, but I shook it off as him just nervous to speak in front of everyone. Boy, was I more wrong than ever! Before we could grasp the situation, Uriel was down on one knee and popped the big question to Amaralys. Cheers and applause erupted through the party and everyone was shocked in the best way possible! Imagine celebrating TWO great life milestones in one night!
With wedding planning on the way, Amaralys and Uriel have a lot on their hands, but there is nothing that can stop this power couple. If you know Amaralys and Uriel, you know how deep their love is – not only for each other, but for everyone around them. They’re the type of people you don’t have to call when you need help, because they’re already offering to help how and they’ll do everything in their power to make sure you’re okay. They’re the type of people who can take a seemingly bad situation and turn it into something amazing and in case you couldn’t tell by now, I’m a HUGE a fan. I would even go as far to say that I’m their number 1 fan 😁!
I can’t wait to see all that they will do now as they take on their forever together! Join me in wishing them an AMAZING start to their lifetime journey. ❤
